Company and legal information

Human-reviewed evidence

CRI is designed to support professional review. It is not designed to autonomously approve credit, value collateral or replace an institution’s decision.

Scoped disclosure

Requests for sensitive information require an agreed purpose, scope and confidentiality terms. An enquiry does not automatically provide access to documents or systems.

Evidence for accountable review

The institution remains responsible for its professional, risk, valuation, credit and regulatory decisions. CRI’s role is to organise evidence and its limitations for that review.

Public Evidence Packs are illustrative prototypes. The CRI workflow is in controlled-case Proof of Concept validation; institution-specific deployment requires separately agreed scope and acceptance.

Technical architecture, validation and technical review of product claims.

Source context and limitations stay visible

The public Fischamend Evidence Pack includes dated source references, an observation area, confidence, a bounded conclusion and explicit limitations. It distinguishes a synthetic review question from observations based on public data.

Its WATCH status refers to evidence sufficiency and the need for documentary review. The record does not establish building completion, contractual acceptance or payment eligibility.

Independent assurance

Independent assessment and certification claims require a named issuer, assessed scope, report type and review period. Any such assessment supplements customer-specific due diligence.

This page provides product and enquiry information. It is not a certification or an independent audit report.

Request assurance information

Customers, partners and investors can describe their due-diligence purpose and the information they need. The scope and availability of suitable materials are discussed individually, with confidentiality terms agreed before sensitive information is shared.

Use non-confidential information for the first contact. Email contact@3brain.ai, or prepare a structured enquiry below.
