Construction Risk Intelligence

Review-ready evidence for physical‑asset risk.

3BrainAI CRI turns Earth Observation and project-context inputs into governed Evidence Packs with explicit uncertainty, provenance and human review.

CRI supports accountable human review. It does not make autonomous project or credit decisions.

Evidence Pack sample — synthetic public-safe data

Evidence Pack

WATCH

Available evidence partially supports the declared milestone. Some visible activity is present, but current data does not fully confirm the reported scope.

Declared

Structural works progressing within the monitored area.

Observed

Surface change is visible in part of the area. The available observation does not fully confirm the declared extent.

  • Change is visible within the monitored area.
  • Evidence is partial.
  • The observation is not sufficient for a final project judgement.

Partial cloud cover and limited temporal coverage reduce confidence in the completeness of the observation.

Human review of the current evidence and supporting project documentation.

Confidence applies to the stated observation — not to an overall judgement about the project.

Evidence gap

More data does not automatically create decision-ready evidence.

Physical-asset monitoring often combines imagery, schedules, reports and expert judgement without a consistent way to express uncertainty, provenance or review state.

Product proof

The Evidence Pack is the public product artefact.

CRI turns Earth Observation and project-context inputs into a governed, review-ready pack. The sample above is synthetic public-safe data — not a live customer assessment.

Return to the illustrative Evidence Pack

  • Status OK / WATCH / INVESTIGATE as text plus colour — never colour alone.
  • Confidence Applies to the stated observation, not to an overall project judgement.
  • Uncertainty Named and visible when data quality or coverage limits the observation.
  • Provenance Input medium, monitoring window, version and review state stay attached to the output.
  • Human review Required before any accountable decision. CRI does not make autonomous project or credit decisions.
  • Versioning Each pack carries an explicit version so later review can reconstruct what was known.

Product logic

Observed vs Declared

Compare what was declared for the monitored window with what the available observation supports. Synthetic demo data only.

Human review required — CRI does not make autonomous decisions

How it works

From inputs to a versioned Evidence Pack

The workflow structures evidence for accountable human review. It does not publish or decide automatically.

  1. 01 Physical and project inputs
  2. 02 Evidence validation
  3. 03 Structured findings and uncertainty
  4. 04 Human review
  5. 05 Versioned Evidence Pack

Validation path

Validate the workflow before operational use.

Evidence Readiness is a preliminary check of whether inputs and review conditions are sufficient to run the workflow. A shadow-mode pilot then reviews Evidence Packs in parallel with existing controls — without replacing live decision processes. Progress depends on explicit validation gates.

Secondary architecture

Governance Layer behind the product

The Trusted Data Plane / Governance Layer supports CRI through provenance, review state, versioning, audit trail and controlled publication.

  • Provenance Source chain and input conditions remain attached to outputs.
  • Review state Human review status stays visible wherever a status appears.
  • Versioning Outputs remain reconstructable across releases.
  • Audit trail Evidence and review history remain traceable across versions.
  • Controlled publication Publication remains a governed step, not an automatic release.

Company proof

Two professional layers behind CRI

Dušan Přikryl founded 3BrainAI after working on both the physical and digital sides of accountability. From 2003 to 2009, under direct owner and shareholder mandates, he led crisis and CAPEX transformation on complex industrial and energy projects. He later built a second professional layer across e-commerce, product development, data operations, analytics and AI. CRI brings those two layers together: first-hand understanding of physical-asset risk and the product discipline required to turn fragmented inputs into governed, review-ready evidence.
