Pilots & Partners

Validate trusted evidence workflows in shadow mode.

We work with banks, infrastructure teams, public-sector stakeholders, insurers, corporates and technology partners to test review-ready evidence workflows before any live operational use.

Shadow-mode validation means that Evidence Packs or trusted records are used for review and learning only. They do not replace existing controls and do not affect live financial, operational or risk decisions.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for partners who can help validate, route or extend trusted evidence workflows in real institutional environments.

Pilot owners

Banks, infrastructure owners, insurers, public-sector stakeholders and corporates with real assets, projects or record workflows suitable for shadow-mode validation.

Domain experts

Construction, infrastructure, insurance, audit, compliance and public-sector experts who can assess whether Evidence Packs are readable, useful and responsibly framed.

Integration partners

Secure cloud, data, geospatial, workflow, risk and enterprise-system partners who can bring trusted evidence into existing environments.

Market-entry partners

CEE, DACH and wider European partners with access to regulated buyers and institutional workflows.

Trust and verification partners

Partners working on verifiable records, credentials, audit trails and cross-organisation trust infrastructure.

Three ways to work with us

Partnership

Strategic, commercial or domain collaboration to bring trusted Evidence Packs into regulated markets.

Relevant for organisations with institutional access, market-entry capability, regulated buyer relationships or complementary technology.

Project cooperation

Concrete shadow-mode pilot or structured validation case.

Relevant when a partner can provide a real or historical case, responsible reviewers and domain feedback.

Expertise

Governed AI evidence and audit-ready workflow expertise.

Relevant for teams building AI-ready data infrastructure, regulated decision-support systems, audit-ready reporting or verifiable trust records.

What each side contributes

3BrainAI contributes

  • Trusted Data Plane and evidence workflow design,
  • CRI Evidence Pack structure,
  • confidence, reason-code and uncertainty handling,
  • review-first pilot methodology,
  • safe publish, versioning and audit trail logic,
  • Evidence Readiness Assessment,
  • technical and governance documentation for the pilot.

The partner contributes

  • real or historical use case,
  • access to responsible reviewers,
  • domain feedback on usefulness and wording,
  • available context data, milestones or record requirements,
  • security and procurement expectations,
  • feedback on adoption, routing and next-step criteria.

Suitable pilot areas

Physical-asset risk monitoring

Construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial and logistics assets, collateral locations.

Public and institutional records

City, state or institutional record workflows where consistency and auditability matter.

Enterprise record workflows

Catalog, supplier, asset, compliance or reporting records across teams and systems.

Verification and trust extensions

Machine-verifiable records, credentialed review states and audit-trail integrations.

Evidence Readiness Assessment

Not every workflow needs 3BrainAI. Before a pilot, we can help assess whether a trusted evidence workflow is useful, feasible and worth testing.

The assessment clarifies where evidence currently breaks, which review questions matter, what data is available, what should not be automated and what a safe shadow-mode pilot could look like.

Output

A short Evidence Readiness Note can summarise:

  • candidate use case,
  • current evidence gaps,
  • available inputs and constraints,
  • responsible reviewer roles,
  • likely Evidence Pack or Trusted Record output,
  • pilot scope and next-step recommendation.

When a pilot is ready to start

  • There is a real review question.
  • A responsible reviewer can assess the output.
  • Existing controls remain in place.
  • Available data and context can be described.
  • The partner accepts shadow-mode validation.
  • Success means workflow fit, not automated decisioning.

Geographic validation path

We validate first in demanding European environments, with a strong focus on DACH-facing requirements and selected CEE use cases. After workflow validation, the approach can expand across Europe and selectively beyond Europe depending on the domain.

Have a suitable pilot, partner route or expert question?

Start with a short conversation. We can help decide whether the right next step is Evidence Readiness Assessment, shadow-mode pilot cooperation, strategic partnership or expert input.

Public ecosystem signals include OVHcloud Startup Program and EY Startup Academy Frankfurt. Additional validation and partner discussions remain NDA-bound until approved for public disclosure.
