Public website and The Brief

This notice covers the public website and initial enquiries to 3BrainAI Nexus. You can read public pages and illustrative Evidence Packs without creating an account.

The Brief is a separate professional section with invitation-based access. Shared codes do not require email registration; personal invitations retain their own sign-in. The Brief's own request form saves a request for manual review, without granting access. Its sign-in and activity records are separate from this public site's local email-draft functions. Read the access and retention information shown at the Brief entry before using it.

Enquiries and email drafts

The forms on Contact, Validation, Investors and Assurance prepare a draft in your browser. Preparing a draft does not send the entered information to 3BrainAI, upload attachments or grant access. The page scripts do not save these answers in cookies or browser storage.

You choose whether to copy the draft or open your email application, review it and send it. Your browser or email application may retain its own form history or drafts according to your settings.

If you send an email, we receive your address, the name, organisation and role you provide, your enquiry and any attachments you choose to include. We use this information to respond, route the enquiry and manage related correspondence.

Our basis for ordinary professional correspondence is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and managing business relationships. Where your request concerns entering into a contract with you, the relevant pre-contractual steps may also apply. Providing information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact details and context to respond.

Use non-confidential information for first contact. Agree an appropriate channel before sharing customer data, credentials or sensitive technical or contractual material.

Website delivery and cookies

The public website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub states that it logs and stores visitors' IP addresses for security purposes, including visits without a GitHub account. See GitHub Pages data collection and the GitHub Privacy Statement.

The current public website does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts installed by 3BrainAI. Its page scripts do not set tracking cookies. This does not remove the technical requests needed to deliver pages, fonts and documents.

Fonts and external services

Public pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. These requests connect your browser to Google and include your IP address and technical request information. If third-party font requests are blocked, system fonts keep the pages readable. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Email is handled through our Microsoft 365 / Outlook service and the email provider you use. Hosting, font and email providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-protection arrangements. Their notices explain their processing and transfer safeguards; this website does not promise exclusively EU-based processing.

Following an external link or signing in to a separate service brings that service's own data-handling terms into scope.

Recipients and retention

Enquiries are handled by the people responsible for the relevant topic and the service providers used to deliver and manage email. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed to meet applicable legal obligations.

Correspondence is kept for the time needed to deal with the enquiry and its follow-up, taking account of any resulting contractual relationship, legal record-keeping requirements or need to establish or defend legal claims. Hosting and email providers have their own technical retention arrangements. Contact us for information about a particular enquiry or a deletion request.

Your privacy rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it.

Send your request to contact@3brain.ai. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant correspondence.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority, including the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

This notice is updated when the public website's contact functions or data-handling arrangements change. The date below identifies this version.
