3BrainAI Nexus develops Construction Risk Intelligence (CRI): governed Evidence Packs for accountable human review of physical-asset risk. A guided prototype is available; a separate controlled-case demonstrator is in the final stage of development, with a live demonstration in October 2026.

Founder
Founder & CEO
Dusan Prikryl is a shareholder-mandated crisis and CAPEX transformation leader with direct owner-side responsibility for complex industrial and energy investments. From 2003 to 2009, under mandates linked to Expandia, Schouw & Co./Fibertex and J&T/EPH, he restructured project delivery around a small accountable owner-side core and directly coordinated Tier-1 European technology suppliers, including Siemens, GEA, Geberit and Hörmann.
His professional connection to German-speaking markets is long-standing: practical experience in Germany helped shape his delivery model and he works professionally in German. 3BrainAI's DACH engagement includes 3BrainAI Solutions' completion of the EY Startup Academy Frankfurt 2025 programme.
He later added a second professional layer across digital product development, data operations, analytics and AI. CRI brings these layers together: first-hand responsibility for complex physical assets and the product discipline required to turn fragmented inputs into governed, review-ready evidence for institutional decision support.
Through crisis management of investment, infrastructure, technology and construction projects, Dusan Prikryl developed his own management method, which he named Flexible Development. It combines project experience with insights from long-standing professional contacts in Germany and Scandinavia: a small accountable core, clear management rules and specialist and technology supplier involvement adapted to the project’s needs.
The approach connects economic management, technical tasks and coordination between participants. It also informs how CRI is being built: the internal team develops the product core and its integration with bank processes, while specialist capacity is added according to the specific assignment and work with the bank.
Brand, entity and product boundary
Develops CRI and its governed Evidence Pack workflow for regulated physical-asset risk. Building on broader governance-first data experience, Nexus applies dedicated security, traceability, uncertainty and human-review controls to Earth Observation and project-context data.
Developed the earlier governance-first data background through e-commerce data work: controlled ingestion and normalisation of fragmented, incomplete and inconsistent inputs, source verification, explicit uncertainty, versioning, milestones and audit trail, including the first Trust Record concept.

Institutional incubation & European infrastructure
3BrainAI Nexus was one of two projects selected for ESA BIC Czech Republic incubation in 2026, while the OVHcloud Startup Program supports its European cloud infrastructure development.
Incubation provides access to business mentoring, opportunities for ESA technical support and contacts for preparing specialist collaboration. These resources support planning for the next development stages and the expertise they require.
AI R&D & accelerated computing
3BrainAI Nexus was selected for the Google for Startups Cloud Program and NVIDIA Inception, providing complementary resources for AI research, Earth Observation workloads and accelerated computing.
