In your first message, identify the affected public page or service and briefly describe the concern. Include a way to contact you. Do not include customer data, passwords, access tokens or exploit details; ask to agree an appropriate channel before sharing sensitive technical information.

This is an email contact route. Sending a message does not authorise access to systems or security testing.

Public information and controlled access

The public website contains product information and illustrative Evidence Packs. Its enquiry forms prepare email drafts locally; they do not upload files, provision accounts or grant access to internal systems or customer environments.

The Brief is a separate professional section protected by valid shared audience codes or personal invitations. A public link or access request does not bypass its server-side access checks. Customer pilots and exchanges of sensitive material require separately agreed scope and handling.

Accountable review

Construction Risk Intelligence (CRI) is designed to organise evidence and its limitations for professional review. The institution retains its own decision-making authority.

The Brief is available now. A separate CRI demonstrator is in final development, with a demonstration planned for October 2026. Institution-specific configuration, calibration and evaluation require an agreed scope and responsible human review. Public examples illustrate the intended review approach; they do not establish production deployment, certification or an independent security assessment.

Detailed architecture and sensitive operational documents are discussed individually, with purpose, scope and confidentiality terms agreed before disclosure. An enquiry does not automatically provide access to documents or systems.
