Review steps and their limits

01 · Read the sources

A restart is documented

Pembroke reported the foundation-stone ceremony and work on the underground levels on 28 April 2026. The 2024 image provides historical context, not evidence of today’s construction stage.

02 · Identify the question

Two dates need context

The investor’s April 2026 announcement gives mid-2028; the contractor’s project page gives October 2028. The difference alone does not establish delay.

03 · Request the missing record

Confirm the applicable milestone

Illustrative reviewer action: request the current agreed schedule, its version and the definition of the milestone being checked. These private records are not in this public example.

04 · Keep the review trail

Record the response and revision

Proposed workflow: retain the original sources and question, then link any supplied clarification to a new review version. This page does not show a completed customer review.
